NumeroAI ("we", "us", "our") operates a Telegram bot (@numeroaime_bot) that provides AI-powered numerology readings for entertainment purposes. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

• Telegram user ID and chat ID — provided automatically by the Telegram platform when you interact with the bot. We do not collect your phone number, last name, or any data not shared by Telegram.
• Name and birth date — the full name and date of birth you provide for numerology calculations. This data is stored to generate your readings and is not shared with third parties.
• Language preference — the language you select within the bot.
• Payment information — records of Telegram Stars transactions (amount, date, status). We do not process or store credit card or bank details — all payments are handled by Telegram.
• Referral data — if you joined via a referral link, we store which user referred you.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Generate readings — your name and birth date are used to calculate numerology numbers and generate AI-written personalized readings via the OpenAI API.
• Deliver the service — we use your Telegram user ID to send you messages, readings, and daily notifications.
• Process payments — we record Telegram Stars transactions to manage your credit balance.
• Referral bonuses — we track referrals to award bonus credits.
• Improve the service — we may use anonymized, aggregated usage statistics.

3. Name and Birth Date Handling

Your name and birth date are transmitted to the OpenAI API solely to generate your numerology readings. We store this data in our database to allow you to access your profile, edit your details, and receive personalized daily numbers and year forecasts. We do not sell or share this information with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

4. Third-Party Services

• Telegram — the platform through which you interact with the bot and make payments. Telegram's own Privacy Policy applies to data they collect.
• OpenAI — provides the AI model used to generate numerology readings. OpenAI's Privacy Policy applies to data processed through their API.

5. Data Retention

Your account data (Telegram user ID, name, birth date, language preference, credit balance, payment history) is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted database connections and secure API communication. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

NumeroAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Update your stored name and birth date at any time using the /profile command in the bot.
• Withdraw consent at any time by stopping use of the bot.
